    To reach the support department, this can be done by going to www.darkorbit.com or www.bigpoint.com and at the bottom you can find a link for "Support"

    or

    Go to the Help tab, when the window opens click support.

    This form will come in handy if you have any problems with your account.
    Generals questions, payment problems or gaming issues.

    Please do not use this to spam support with e-mails, you will get ignored or even banned from sending e-mails again.

    So please use it when only you need to use it.
