Extra slots not working in hangar

Hi i been trying to change form Aegis to Goli and i took all the Extra's, weapons and shields and allmost everything off Aegis from both config - Refreshed page and tried to Put it on Goli

I put everything except the Extra - I can't put the SLot 4 CPU or any other CPu but i can put them on other hnagar just not the hangar which has goli.

It says Error itme cannot be equipped there.

Can u fix this ASAP please.

 

First of all, you will need to have an addition hanger as to not lose the Aegis. When you allocate a new ship to an existing hanger it does sell the old one. So as I have suggested, if you want to use different ships you will need to have multiple hangers. Then allocate different ships in each hanger. Once you have removed all items on the first ship on both configuration, they will be available for use in another hanger.

Ongoing issue still not been announced officially for some reason. Simple fix is to either use the delete all configs button or equip the slot 4 cpu to a drone (sounds stupid) and then unequip it. This should then allow you to put it where it's supposed to go and then equip your extras.

Makes no sense I know. Still can't understand why this can't be put into an announcement, especially since we have rotating newsletters on our home page informing us of much old news. This would be a perfect place for this type of information and save many players the problem and time of trying to resolve this issue.

 

I am sorry that I misread or misunderstood the issue you were having. As mentioned above, you can attempt to use the delete all configs button or equip the slot 4 cpu to a drone. As this has been a possible work around for this issue.

Agreed with Whoeva, Would be ncie to pop up these messages on Newsltter on Homepage.

Also Thanks i emailed support as well - got replied from them 1st - Took me awhile to fnd the Delete COnfig Button - BUt found it now - Thanks! Threat may be closed.

 

I had same issue since i got a new extra hangar and spearhead, i wanted to equip the 6 extra slot cpu, but it tells me error u cannot equip it here .
then i did it on drone configuration and worked . Now this is not how its meant to work because im loosing an extra slot on drone . please just fix it

 

Remove the slot cpu from the drone and place it on ship extras where it is supposed to go and it should now allow you to equip it.

Placing it on the drone somehow clears the glitch and allows the slot cpu to be fitted correctly.
