    How to Test Connection Quality

    Many of you encounter a problem with the connection.
    Furthermore, it is important to speed download and upload data as well as ensure the ping and packet lost, so you can at the following website to check your connection quality. We recommend that you measure an example, before visiting the Galaxy Gates.

    http://ping.eu/ping/
    Scans your ping, Jitter and Packet lost.

    http://www.speedtest.net/
    Controlling speed downloading and uploading data.

    Keep in mind:
    These tests should be performed at point Norderstedt (test server very close to Hamburg).
