CBS Defense Idea

  1. Good Morning everyone,
    Lately a lot of CBS got popped very fast and very easy, what you need is just a group of 4 player that come and target the hull and pop it... It makes very hard for people to guard a CBS.
    My idea was to making the hull have his own istantshield and that ISH would automatically drop only when all the other modules of the cbs get popped.
    Personally i think that would be awesome because if enemy are strong im sure they can pop all the modules too and don't really need to pop only the hull.

  2. I completely agree. Originally I thought that this was how the CBS worked, but I see now. Noone can keep thier CBS up for more than a day or two due to how easy it is to get just 5 - 10 players to raid the map during primetime, and completely wipe out the CBS within minutes. Most clans gave up on creating CBS and now only the Top ranked clans (try) to make a CBS. Think the ISH would be very helpful for those less UFE clans. Also would make for more of a battle than just :Everyone target the HULL and pop it as fast as possible!!!:...

  4. I agree with you, 3-4 UFE can pop a base using ish,emp and cloak and considering how much a CBS cost, it seriously needs an update. Good one!

  6. Lol we take bases out by going for the middle almost all the time, it'd be nice to have a challenge for once, but no one ever goes after our bases anymore, guess their scared or something, but the ish would just make it easier for us to keep a base. still +1 from me.

  10. just 2 days ago my clan lost our cbs and we are number one clan on the server because another clan of 15 members shot the hull and it was all level 16 this needs sorting now!!!
     
  11. They must do something about CBS, it clearly doesn't work as it should, people build a CBS spending tons of uri and it get popped within 30 seconds destroying the hull without hitting modules. No1 is gonna build a CBS anymore

  12. HAHA YES! This is SOOO needed! I just spent a ton of uri upgrading all modules to level 16 and IT DIDNT EVEN HELP! Either that or the HP and damage needs to be increased ten fold!

  15. 2 weeks ago i popped a cbs with 4 players guarding it and i was alone... it took me 10 min using aegis hitting only the HULL and having always 2 players shooting me every time i unloacked to shoot the HULL; used x4, rsb, ish and emp/cloack to run and rep but i popped the CBS and im not even UFE... thats why i think this idea is good, because if a CBS is open for more than 10 min every UFE can pop it and i dont think UFE have problems on using good ammo...

    True what -ĐΞNTΞĐ- said, We spend a lot of uri upgrading the modules and that dont evene make much difference...
     
  16. Yeh you just need a UFE to hit the middle and the centre will pop so i like this idea as well because it would make the CBS more effective and harder to kill. +1
     
  17. How many of you played Delta gate, Zeta gate and HiTac event? - and tried to bypass the little protectors (no, not the players on the CBS mind you - hehe.) You got no where, but waste your ammo. The CBS has the right to use the shield modules as a defense - until 'said' module is destroyed. The CBS now is a uri drain like the PET, but the PET serves a purpose somewhat when it stops dancing like a REMOVED.

  18. I don't understand how my modules have been destroyed when they hit the HULL only, fix this bug also! they didn't touch any module and they all went poof?
     
  19. I agree, GA1 base guarding gets no where with 30+ people uncloaking and only hitting the hull, we wipe out half of them before it dies, just imagine when they need to take down the modules.
