Can't change to GIF

Everytime I try to change my clan's picture to a GIF animation it instantly brings me to an error page.Is it because it's not allowed?Is it allowed,and it also happened when I try to place a GIF in my profile the bar you see when it's seeing it's acceptable won't say any thing and I would wait hours upon hours waiting to see the results and it still wont finish

I would wondered if the Gif you are attempting to use is to large. As the new forums may not be able to re size properly causing an error.

Can you try making it smaller and see if that resolves the issue.

yeah I tried that but all it does is make that little loading bar load forever.I waited 3 hours befor trying to wait to see what it says

 

I have made several attempts to upload a Gif File and found that the size of the image including the Gif. function needed to be about 100 x 100.

Can you give this a try and see if that resolves you issue.
