Are my Galaxy Gates broke?

So, I have 34/34 alpha 46/48 beta and 82/82 gamma so need last 2 beta pieces and for the past 20k uri I keep getting a message, when using my multiplier, that says:

The following 0 parts were produced for the gate
The following parts were produced instead:

Followed by some ammo etc. Is this because those multipliers were gonna give me aplha/gamma pieces or is my GG stuffed and I cannot build the beta?

I don't think that's a glitch but that apparently happens when you get parts for the gates that are already built, I'm not positive but I don't think your galaxy gates are broken.

 

why not just build the gamma and alpha, then instead of getting the message you get parts for them

 

I wouldn't build them in your x-1 because as it stands he only gets parts for the 1 gate meaning he can build it without worrying about getting parts for the other gates.

 

Added or well fixing what boss adam said. You get that when a multiplier lands on a gate piece of a gate you have built. Since it can't get anymore pieces. If however it is saying this for a gate not built, it is broken, because a multiplier will always land a piece no matter what. And when you get a multiplier it says you already have the piece and it turned into the multiplier..

 

It says exactly as the text is above so think instead of giving me say 3 alpha parts, it gives me 300 SAB...

And Chixonator, cos i dont wanna do more than 1 of each hence I aint prepared the jump yet, but ive spent my last 30k uri and getting no parts, though i suppose im trying to find the last 2 of 164...

 

Ok, so I know it takes a while for the last few pieces but I've now used about 75k uri worth of spins (750!!) and still not got last 2 pieces of beta.... any1 had this much problem getting em?

 

It's called rigged probabilities.

 

Yeah the spins are rigged or not correct, DO claims to be looking into it, im betting they wont fix it or admit to it. But guess we hope for the best.

 

I would really recommend you put the alpha and the gamma in the home map and then carry on spinning. You can get parts towards another alpha and gamma which I'm sure you will want to complete at some point in the future. Your multipliers seem to be hitting on either alpha or gamma parts and since you have all of those it's giving you ammo or woteva instead.

I know you get more multis by not preparing those 2 gates but you are missing out on parts towards the next gate thus decreasing your reward return for your spins.

 

That would be a bad idea, I'm starting to think he isn't even spinning right at this point.

He should be doing single spins and using each x2 soon as he gets it, if he is doing that and its just constantly landing those 2 gates he is truly unlucky, but if he goes for the others, it will take more to build the beta.

Thank you everyone for your assistance. The issue your describing is indeed from the multiplier landing on parts already produced in either the Gamma or Alpha.

I'm doing exactly what DreamDemon says, im down to single spins and using x2 multiplier the second spin after it comes.

So if this isn't broke and just how unlucky I am, then no further questions

P.S. whoeva, I would rather get the multiples of ammo than pieces of gates i dont need again

 

GG spins are still broken so you know, im waiting for DO to fix them already. 8k for a gamma? yeah ok.

Well the % isn't correct, many have complained, I believe Juturna was the one who said she would pass it on to be looked at, but this is DO we are talking about, they won't even admit to the lag their servers experience unless its painfully obvious.

 

I'd save the uridium, try getting your GG energy from pally or boxes because your just wasting uridium, then again I try not to spend any uridium on gates lol.

 

And I must also say, I haven't seen this "you found 0 pieces" since I put my Alpha on the map, even tho I still have a full gamma sat in the gate spinner.... ?

And I've emailed support as 1000 spins for 0 beta on 46/48 is unreal. The uri i've got from killing aliens whilst in 5-3 Boss Adam

 

Thank you all for your assistance with this players issue, after further investigation in to your issue. I have found that the materializer is not broken. I would recommend that you place the other 2 gates on the map as to not waste your Uri. You don't have to do them, but when a multiplier hits on lets say an alpha you are going to get Ammo. This also applies to the Gamma since they are both completed.

As the galaxy gate materializer is a random system, it cannot read your ships current status, as to what parts you want or need. It merely spins and lands where it will.

Please note, that comments made by other members of the community directing you that the system is broken, are unfounded comments. I as an Admin have checked with the higher support to verify that there is no current issue with the gates.
