How to be a good leader

i want to know how to administrative the right ranks for members, make alliances with other clans , when we build CBS it destroyed, need some information about it to stay longer , plz need these information quickly

Running the clan is your decision, as for the cbs I have some tips. You NEED to make sure you put it down at prime time EVERY day and get at least 24 hours on it. Depending on your server you'll need anywhere from 3-6 strong people to help defend it, make alliances, less neutrals/wars better the chance it stays, be sure the modules are a higher level than one, put lvl 16 boosters on it to make it worth your time, and most of all COMMUNICATE, communication is key, nothing good will happen if no one knows what their doing.

Make Leader ship ranks, Co Leaders, Officers, Diplomats, NEWBS, Probi, etc. what ever you feal leadership can't be taught, it comes from hard work, dedication, and critical thinking

Not really been a proper leader on this game but have on others. Administrative ranks are entirely up to you. Who do you want to be able to upgrade/downgrade/build the base? Who do you want to be able to take down the shields (Be wary of enemy companies/clans getting a member in your clan to do just that when no ones online)

Some people base who gets what rank on trust rather than activity because its hard to earn your trust but easy to play every day. To be a successful leader you will need cooperation, leadership, the ability to develop and get stronger. You want a base? Good. Dont just recruit FE's and UFE's though. It may be a longer wait but recruit noobs, build them up. This increases loyalty and they will play in the same playing style as you if you taught them the game. This will help with hunting, quests, base defending. Also: Something like TeamSpeak or Ventrilo could come in handy. You could use these to cooperate when hunting or defending. Better than typing.

All in all: Alot of clans collapse because they wont help and give the noobs a kick start. Take in all levels and build them to FE and palla with them to get them better. Then you can get a base and dominate the server.

Something that my clan learned early in our beginnings was that, just because a clan is in another company, that doesn't mean you can't help them out or always attack them. If another clan and your clan become close, become allies, even if they are in another company.

Make sure that your leader and the other members of your clan are making friends within your own company. If you make friends with other clans and players, they will be more willing, and possibly even eager, to help you protect your CBS. It allows them to get easy kills and fight with a group.

As far as Administrative Rights, do not give anyone major power until they have proved them selves worthy/ reliable. You don't want to give them power to kick someone within a day of them joining the clan, because you might find them kicking everyone them leaving themselves.

Another thing for CBS, if you do not have at least 5 members on during the active hours (usually at night), then a CBS is worthless.

OVERALL:

1. Other companies can be your friends
2. Make friends in your own company
3. Make smart choices with Administrative Rights
4. Make sure the CBS is a good investment

 

try to hold a base with only 6 players on gb1

 

Carry lots and lots of bacon strips with you, hand them out to all and you will have the best clan ever. They will bow to your knees as long as you have delicious BACON!
