  1. i had sent a msg to support that i lost beta gate as informed by support but i didnt get beta gate i had also sent a msg that i had made 5 members reach lvl 7 but didnt get any rewards am not getting any help frm support please help me.. please help me in this problem
     
  2. You have to give a sufficent reason why you lost your gate like lag or lost internet connection and also about the friends thing i havent done it so i dont really know

    No offence but it sounds like you're trying to con D.O out of something lool....

    When dealing with support you need to be patient and help them help you. If you lost a gate then you need to explain why you lost the gate.

    If you have made 5 accounts reach lvl 7 then you will not get any reward from it. It is a friends request bonus so you have to invite 5 separate friends and they all need to reach level 7. Also it will not help you when asking for other help like gate re-set, if you are trying to get friend invite bonuses from starting accounts for yourself.

  5. i made 5 players reach lvl 7 means i had invited 5 players to DO through email all of 5 members reached lvl 7 i got rewards lke log disks rep credits for only 2 players for another 3 players i didnt get rewards,,,,, in beta gate i had net connection but then also lost beta gate and i sent to support as suggested by forum experts but didnt get any reply so far
     
  6. Then say why you lost your gate to support because if you say that you lost it and you want it back you wont get it back because there isnt a good enough reason for why you should get your gate back.
