Nothing Works! (Admins are aware of this. please post your concerns here)

What's up with the game? Seems that nothing works. Buttons, etc., seem to be dead and don't do what they're supposed to.

 

Probably major updates are being implemented and it's causing the game to experience some issues. Give it a couple of hours and things will be back to normal, hopefully smoother and with an update.

If you read the threads before this you will find that they don't know what went wrong other wise all threads would be answered with a simple "We are undergoing a new update and will have the game up a running normally soon". I sent a ticket in to support to see what the progress was and all they could tell me was that they are working feverishly on the problem and to be patient. So in other words its not an update or major changes being made, its obviously a major server problem as everyone is affected. I just hope that we the paying players get some kind of compensation for the money we invested to play.

 

There is a server-side problem, it wont work for a while

 

ithink the only compensation you will get from suport would be for the 50% ep booster that was bourt as peeps carnt chane equipment so carn't hunt alion or players other than that u will not get compo eny think else as u can buy stuff

Compensation? A free Iris drone and a lf3 maybe because some players lost drones because they couldn't repair them because equipment is bugged. (including me)

 

You can take a look on damage on drones here, you can't see all drones but probably you repair all at same time if your iris is still here than must be and apis and zeus too because it take less damage than iris

 

And this is why my friend people are losing thier drones because they can't see the other page which shows the rest of the stats for drones. So players will have to be extra careful when getting popped and what thier drone damage levels are at.

 

If your drones are that close to being lost do to getting killed one time, well, that's really not anyone's problem but your own. Cant blame a game problem on the lack of your responsibility to keep track of your drone damage and repair them accordingly so as not to lose them.

Does is stink that right now the game is not playable, yes. But, your drones should have been repaired long before. Anytime you do a gate is a good time to repair them.

 

I have 73% damage for my drones and i can';t repair them! Now i can't play normali darkorbit becouse i don't want be killed anymore to i didn't losty my iris drones!

Pretty naive thinking if you think only paying players should get compensation for this game trouble, and for the record we don't get compensation for anything except maybe lost gates.

 

Yeah, this Problem has been going on all day now.... how hard can it be to fix an Issue like this?

Yes, usualy there is no compensation for dead times, but they should really consider it in these cases that take the whole day.

Oh well, it's their loss if they REMOVED of the customers.

Your nuts if you think they''ll compensate players for anything, they barley did during the incident when innocent players were classed as bots and banned.

the back page has been down for days, if a player is playing regularly and is not that well equipped, then it is easily possible that they can become concerned that they may be getting close to loosing drone and not be able to check.

I bet there are time when you do not know what damage all your drone have without checking.
