server restart at 9:04 a.m.

  1. well server restart crashed the server gin i can't get in the game screen it says logout or new connection please fix it thank you ♥♥BAD-GIRL♥♥

  5. how humiliating for bigpoint...lol. im sure they are aware of it by now.
     
  6. This game seems more broken than running in the 10 days I been back, Why pay for premium membership, when you cant access the game? Logic dictates that all prem paying customers should get a reasonable use of the software, without constant downtimes. This is a business like any other, and this company has to make good, or have the the authority's on there backs for failing to provide services paid for.
     
  7. Dark Orbit the Final frontier, bouncing back 504 gateway errors, no idea what a 504 gateway error is, does anybody know this blank page thing above?

    They gave us 5% EP and 5% honor for a day... in all honestly, that offering was an utter joke. I haven't renewed my premium this month as I don't give a flying eff about rank, a 5% Uridium day or 5 day premium would have been better.

    The offerings from this outfit is beyond pathetic which is why I am never being premium or buying uridium ever again, a waste of a rough £1000 over the past years tbh....

    I am sorry that you all experienced the server reset...

    However the game play should be a bit better since the reset.

    As for the items that were offered as a compensation for the community, please keep in mind that voucher codes were also offered here recently.

    Offering compensation is not a mantadory thing, however the members of higher support team are attempting to offer you the best possible service while working to make the game better.

    As for what your choose to spend, that is a personal choice. We are just happy to have you as a member of the community.
