Cant log on

Hello
i have been trying to log in to the spacemap and it wont let me lol.
i have cleared my cache history cookies ,everything you could clear, and ran ccleaner. i am using opera, and my game no work
i tried firefox, googlechrome comodo dragon and internet explorer lol
seriously tho, i have been trying to play for about 30 minutes and it wont let me on spacemap, heres a screenshot to what it gets stuck on

anything else i could do to fix this ?

its really frustrating me and makes me feel like quitting lol

Resize your browser when it goes black. There's a Flash issue right now that will cause it to not display.

Also, while the game is loading, do not switch tabs. Let it load fully while you are looking at it.

 

ye, i have let it fully load on that tab, i sat there for 10 minutes looking at the almost fully loaded bar not move

 

Below is a variety of reasons as to why you could be. experiencing these issues.

1. Web Browser is not up to date
2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
3. Cache needs to be empty
4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
5. Distance from server
6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
8. Programs Running in the Background
9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

10. Possible server problem.

These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.

okay , i tried everything on there that you told me to do and still doesnt work
i updated flash player and clear flash player data, cleared cashe , restart computer,
all of my friends are online so i dont think its a server problem.
i havent had this problem before, and for some reason NOW it doesnt let me start my flight screen /:
is there anything else i could do ?
