Improper Replies to Threads and Posts

I believe that it is time the way that some of the threads and/or posts are replied to & also the manner in which these replies are done in foums should be more closely monitored & possible suspensions and/or bans implemented.

I have read some of the threads/posts & their replies &, do be quite frank & blunt, I find some of the replies from players totally disgusting & a sheer disgrace. It seems that some players' replies are needless & useless & also that some players are getting even lower by launching personal attacks on others with some of their replies.

The forums are supposedly mainly designed for issues that may arise from the game & for helping to assist other players by giving tips & words of wisdom. I very much doubt the forums were designed for players to rant like lunatics & to launch personal attacks on other players.

The forums should be kept as clean as possible & as free as possible from such things as mentioned above. I hope someone senior from Support, Admin etc reads this & furthermore decides to take this matter further so that something can be done about it.

Sometimes you need to be blunt to get your point across , I'm not saying go calling people names but if something needs saying it needs to be said.

 

Being Blunt is one thing, but the calling of names & that sort of thing I must agree should not be tolerated here.

I realize of course we deal with many age groups & at times the comments turn into rants & the boasting of who is the better & who is the wiser.

If you have a problem with a forum user or a particular post then report them or it to support.

 

I have been sending messages to support almost once a day, complaining about threads that I have personally been a part of. I almost feel bad, the same guy has been responding to my messages and has quickly taken care of it.

If you have a problem with the way someone is speaking, you can always contact support, or you can use the Report button underneath the post. To be honest, I am not sure if moderators even look at the Reports, but it is worth a try.

Hopefully support will get more moderators. More players means more spam on the forums.

Certain people don't understand that us players that use the forums to help players are trying to do just that, HELP. Everyone should be treated with respect no matter what.

Anyway, I agree that the quality of conduct by forums users here isn't the best it could be. Communities should be working together, not against each other.

I guess it's just too hard for some people to understand the concept of being nice.

 

Lol I watch a lot of anime, so that was why I said arrow to the back. Whenever someone mentions something and someone else who is involved/guilty in that sense. you see an arrow stab then in the back. Like the Big Red Arrows lol not a bow arrow.

If you have an issue you can report it directly to support or you can just click report and either Myself, Astraea or Seraph will jump on it when we see them. We do take these things seriously and we do warn and ban where needed.

We can all play fair in the same sand box kiddies, some dont like to share thier toys but I for one always offer delicious bacon to all!

Also I believe that we have forum rules but if your feelings get hurt then the best thing to do is report it or suck it up butter cups!

 

For me if a poster start off with, derogatory, irrelevant, ill informed posts, then they are fair game, I will try not to be dragged down to their level, but will stand fast with my position, unless I am wrong.
