    Put a system in place to replace a Clan leader. If the clan leader is inactive for like 21 days they will be replaced by the next highest rank with the longest time in clan.

    How about it is made more logical and not half... I'll leave out that word... anyways.

    This ideas main point is good, do it like this:

    Clan Leader can create ranks, so when doing so, there will be an extra option to select in that rank saying "Transfer Leadership When Inactive" This way it won't just go to someone un-wanted, and someone the leader trusts.
