  1. I have messaged support in regards to a refund because, I accidentally bought the wrong combo gear for pet. They did get back to me with the first message and asked me to do print screens of my logs and selling the pet gear, I had to wait all day to do this due to being at work but I have sent the print screens off for my refund to go to my account, I haven't received any reply back from support tough and I know I did reply to them this morning on my phone in regards to an inquiry. I would like some sort of reply or the transaction doing please, since it took me weeks to make the uri due to working in the weeks and only have the weekend to play. Also I have noticed there hasn't been any CM's in gb2 lately and it's quite frustrating when players or my self have questions for the CM's.

    Support is either ignoring you or busy or not their, no clue why the CM's aren't around lol.
     
  3. I doubt they would be ignoring players or my self because ignoring in those terms is quite derogatory and nobody should feel as if they're being ignored by a professional team. It has caught my concern though lately because my server GB2 there hasn't been a mod on at all, though I don't get home from work until about half past 6 so I am not sure if they were on in the day?

    para i did the same thing a year back they they asked for a print screen for the item i bought (i think they removed the gear and gave me the refund) and they refunded me a day later and i bought the right gear :)
     
  5. I hope they give me my refund soon since I have been waiting all day to get home to get these print screens to them. Even stating my user ID as well as being part of TGC I haven't received any response. I will just be patient I suppose.

    lets hope so m8 what gear was it i bought the resource locator instead of the resource collector lol
     
  7. I accidentally bought the insta shield combo pet gear instead of the combo pet repairer.

    well hope they sort it soon from my experiance support have been helpful to me a few times in the past

    If they don't like what your saying or don't like you, they'll ignore you or threaten to ban your account lol, I'm not sure on there stance on refunds but I doubt it's good in your favor. They sometime's don't seem very professional but that's just me.
