New designs?

Dark Orbit,
Would you consider adding some new designs geared towards the many females playing Dark Orbit. I myself would love the option to have a design for my Vengi that is pink with camouflage design. I have talked to several other girls playing the game as well as boys that would love to see this happen. Please consider the option.. Thank you

I thought of this too, thought it would be cool to fly a pink spaceship around xD. I would also like to see this if pawsible.

 

Im a male, but I'd totally fly a pink vengy. id even feature it in a video. xD

 

I figure they should have an airbrush option in the hangar. That'd make a better use of that page other than just displaying the ship. We can customize our ship with a select number or paints and/or decals. There could be maybe 25 different colors to pick and a 1k uridium cost to paint. I feel like that would have to bring in the idea of choosing your bonuses for your ship as well, but idk. Sounds fun to me.

 

Righttt pay uri to get something just for the looks which does nothing for game pay.

OP: Would be nice but a waste if it was uri and did nothing other then change the color.

 

I said 1k uri. Resetting bio costs that much. I'd pay that little any day for a new paint job even if it did nothing.

 

Some suggestions with the pink camouflage and almost every other color were suggested LOOOOONNNNG ago... never brought into the game.

 

If not pink, Maybe some sort of floral design for the girls of the game that could like have a special ability possibly called Charm or something, that stuns enemy ships for like 5 seconds xD

 

Think i'd pass on letting a Stun ability get into this game.. we have EMPs... it's like a free emp.

 

yeah, thats true. :/ idk, i was just trying to think of something along the lines of like " stunning beauty" or something . But yeah it would mess up things a bit, or alot

 

the idea of painting your own ship as you wish would be nice... and add an ability to it just like lets say the 5% damage or the 10% shield or 10% ep or 10% honor. its like having the same ships we buy in the game for 100k uri but with your favorite colors and design of the color. did i explain my self right?
its like either changin the colors of your enforcer as you wish and having that extra 5%(the only difference would be the color)
same to the other ships
and could also be implemented with the ability ships
but would cost more...
at the end is the same thing but more appealing thats all .
what yall guys think?
it would be cool to have any initials you like painted in your ship or other colors like yellow combined with blue,red, black, etc what ever you like.
for me the good looking of my ship counts makes me feel better and play more even just by looking at it.
wouldnt it be cool? i mean everything its the same no different designs no more abilities just colors.

 

That sounds cool, again, all this had been said in old forums and DO just hasn't done it...

I think it would be cool to have our clan logos on our ships too i'd love to have mine on my wing or something heheh

 

yeah ! this would be great, maybe even some different decals and such . Maybe we could even earn the decals and colors through certain quests or events

 

Well guys all we need is to have 50 people to vote positive on it and an admin would take it into consideration and send it to the team so they can see if they want to implement this.. seriously it would be a lot of uridum for darkorbit but they need to give variety cuz thats what we want not just some random colors.. we should create a threat on this propose the time and day the idea would be posted so everyone can vote on it. like start the post with what I said and then place the date and time so everyone who sees the post would go that day and time and like it. sounds good?
