    About a week ago my internet crashed while in gg alpha and I was on my last life and I died and then when at&t fixed my internet I got back on D-orbit and my gate was gone I have never had my gates re-set so if any one could help me that would be great thanks

    I messages support at midnight, got a reply by 3am. They always give me good reply time sometimes its next day reply but its good speed.

    The longest reply of support should be around 48 hours.

    Hello dunkin312

    Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

    I have merged 2 of your thread as both had similar topic, in future please use existing thread to post your problems which are similar in nature.

    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and you need to Contact Support for any further assistance on this issue if it happens to you in future you may provide them with every details they need and for anything further on this you may Contact Support.

    Note: If you lost gate because of internet issue then I doubt you will get a reset.

    Closing as OP was directed to support.
