WAY TO MAKE DARKORBIT MORE FUN

i am not a wallet warrior
not even an offencive player at all
the 2nt because i can't stand in a fight against most ufe players and ..
because if i engage in a fight (with my goli) is so hard to disengage without spending a huge (for me ) amount of uridium (emp; camo; etc)
actualy i NEVER buy emps cause 500 uri is a huge amount for just 1 click
even i am a hard worker here ( boxing my way if u get me ) i prefer to spend my hard earn uri to level up my equipment
seems to me that i am not the only one
this is no good for the game
ufe players and wallet players need (me too but i cant) more offence enemies
if bp helped me ( us) by lowering the cost of (for example) emp / camo / etc to boxing profit level i (we the non wallet palyers) would be more offence = MORE FUN FOR ALL

so my porpose is ... adjust the price of tools that proact the offence game so that also non wallet players can be more offence

well first of all most emp, and ubr rockets are pretty expensive. But like all ammo, they can be found in booty boxes, If you suggest getting a discount and becoming UFE fast, id go after Booty boxes as for they give out very good ammo and a chance of LF-4 and such. I even sort of am pretty okay with the prices, If we all had EMP's then the average class FE cant pop nooby classes and UFE class cant pop regular FE's.

Considering that DO stated that It was a PVP game, it is already quite fair for it to be any amount it has to be, in order to be the best of the best.

i have (due to no wallet profile) to use 99% of my time my spearhead
mainly for his speed & ability of ultimate cloacking
all i say is that if BP give me the oportunity to spent some (not mutch) emps (for example) i will not feel the need to use my spearhead so mutch
i will also take some times my goli
this by no way will distarb the ballance of the game
the ballance is lost when i have to fight (and be soor I DO IT) with my spearhead and the enemy uses just in 30 seconds venom emp ubr rocket, smart bomb instant shield cloack etc
i get pirate bootys - i have emps and i keep them more safe from my uridiums
this month i spented 540 k uridium in golden bootys
do you know how many emps have spented ??? ZERO !!!!
do you get my point ?

thank you for replying.. but of course you did state that you have spent 540k uridium on golden booty boxes every month (on the month that you did actually spend it on), That is quite a lot of ammo, and you are in a spearhead.. You can outrun 95% of your fights and don't have to fight. If you don't spend any money on the game, 540K is quite a lot. If you max out your shield and speed (promi on speed and sep on shield) you can outrun all your enemies and not die as fast with all the shield you currently have, Id say that you really don't need to lower emp prices, Most battles in most servers take place without emp's and If you need elite ammo such as X-3 or x-2, you can get a lot in gg spins, plus x-4 ammo too.

If ammunition prices was lowered, exactly how many people would actually buy them, I on the other opinion would rather spend all my uri, and invest into booty boxes. You cant simply just ask DO to lower prices of elite ammo and tactical equipment's such as EMP's and UBR rockets because you cant afford it. Many people can avoid fights in a fast ship with a lot of shields, and using some sense into them. Like me. I am too a spearhead who usually just boxes. I usually get tripled teamed by Full LF-4 Damaging 80k+ each player. And usually survive. There is no need to go to them and battle head on. DO is a PVP game, If you simply want to wimp out and run away, Do remember that it is a PVP GAME, Just a game where you can simply wimp out in.

Just remember to have fun and hunt them back as soon as you boxed enough to be UFE yourself

Kid, I feel you. After I saw your profile, it's far better than my account. If you are FE of course. I get instantly killed when UFEs come by. I hit the jump button and before it even changed maps, BOOM, dead. I know how you feel, just hang in there. My plan now is to just keep palli-ing and getting spins. Once I get a few hercs and havocs, I should be avoided for a while. Try it out, it is tiring, but who knows. It might be worth it.

Better kill streuneR all day , you can make 3k uri in a hiur in x-8 map killing alines and collecting, isnt easy to make uridium but all those things have a big price to pay , i only do gates and make uri with bks but if i want i can make 30k per day

 

I back this 100%. Like the title by the way. Yeah I'm not a wallet warrior either and would like to see more ways of giving us noobs a chance to win the uri prizes. Cause Darkorbit did the event with havoc a but lower players don't stand a chance at nearly getting even close to winning, same with jackpot arena. There are honestly no ways for lower level players to stand a chance winning in competitions. I would agree that we need more things for the game to be fun for us lower levels and make it more exciting.

 

But the point of JPA is the strongest player will win, because it's the biggest prize they ever give out - 10k. If you want a chance to win something like that, you have to max your ship out and use tactic.

 

I was just quoting this competition, it was an example. I was meaning to point out that they should make ranked competitions to win smaller prizes possibly.

the whole idea is to help me (and all the other "avoid battle" users) to use it more often and this will be a plus for ALL

 

I somewhat agree....I have been chasing UFE for 3 years and I'm close (kinda lolz). FUll havoks, 10 drones, good Bio, 5 goli designs including saturn, so I can hold my own .....IF I have ALL that good ammo, and that is very hard to do as a free player ( oh lets not forget double boosters). I am totally cool with it taking 3 years to get this far, because it has been all free....but once I get there, I will have to farm just as much to have all ammo and tech abilities stocked.

I want to reach a point where I can say "whew" I made it, and be competitive without spending a lot....but hey ,,this is dark orbit. you can pop for free, or pay to win.
