    I just died 3 times in my Y gate because the game froze completely for around 40 seconds, how come? i spent some good money on that gate... By the way UID is 46661208

    Hi Common, you will need to contact support regarding lost gates. Hopefully they will give you your 3 lives back.

    Thank you very much for assisting this player with their question.

    As you are correct, the player will need to contact support and request a gate reset.
    As all players are given 1 free gate reset every 30 days as long as they contact support with the first 48 hours of losing the gate.

    sorry for interrupting, but i sometimes have the same lag. i really don t think it' s smth caused by the game, but your pc..
    i have lost quite a lot from this bag(everything stops moving but your ship) and i' m pretty sure it was my pc' s fault.

    anyway, it' s the support that will decide what to do :)

    Actually, i do have another question, i contacted support on the 12th last month and they still have not responded, why is that?

    Support tickets that are sent in are answered within 24-48 hours. You should have recieved an automated response within 2- 3 minutes of sending the original message to support. If you have not received a response back use that automated response, click reply and contact them back.

  9. Even after you complete a gate? Or just if you lose it by some reason out of your control?

    A gate Reset is only available if the Gate is lost for some reason. Completed gates are not eligible for reset.
