"Current Bid" needs to go

Soon all the players are gonna be broke because they got no credits , and we can bid them lols

 

You are right, but now its not a complete gamble as it was...And you can just bid 10k higher then the other player and win, thats stupid.

 

It was not so much of a gamble before especially since the change to returning failed bids credit.

If anything there is more of a gamble now with placing an early low bid. As anyone checking will see the low bid and be more likely to overbid.

In the most part is a bad idea to bid low early now, the most like change we will see is more players biding in the last few seconds, so the gamble of winning will be much the same.

The change will most likely be, a significant increase in the final cost and cheeky bid wins being a very rare event.

Like most if not all changes over the last few years this will benefit a small group of players at the expense of the average / new players.

Players that have accumulated or continue to accumulate vast amounts of credit, either by cheating or extensive gate / cube / bk farming, will be the major gainers.

 

In all honesty the bid is fine I think it's funny at least for right now because everyone is trying to outbid people or make people bid higher for something that should cost more then a few mil is now costing close to 50mil or 100mil it's funny because people see a name and try to make them bid higher. But give it a week or two and 1 everyone will have spent more then their share of credits and the bids for things will have gone down at least for the daily and hourly bid. The weekly will maybe take a 3-4 maybe more depending on how many top players have billions of credits lying around. But most of the top players already have those ships and if they still bid it's out of spite or just trolling players. Just be glad that you are still about to get your credits back and that the new auction is not messed up and not giving your credits back.

 

I like it, everybody stop complaining about the small stuff, they added new things. It was a good update

 

The update was great except for the chance items they put in trade / they never should have put those in there by doing this it was a slap in the face to the players who have spent real money trying to attain them are we to be leave that we the paying players should now be compensated for those lost booty keys to open those pirate boxes

 

Well if they told you that these new items on trade were going to appear on trade, latKıζζer on in time, would have have not bought these item and actually wait all that time? Things prices always decrease time goes on, which is probably why they decided to place these items on bid.

 

maybe they want to promote more clans to build bases thus more pvp?

 

This is such a short sighted selfish view, historically all items were available in trade.

Why should anyone be compensated for having a massive advantage for a significant amount of time using items that were bought for real money?

How about Uri that is earned in game?
With you view Maybe DO should remove Uri from gates and npc kills so items and consumable can only be bought by players that spend real money.

It is so funny when I read posts like this.

In reality currently it would be easier to earn the uri for any of the items that are in the weekly auction


Even if all items and consumables were available in the hourly auction, how long would you think it would take for a single free or average spending player to earn enough credit to get all UFE items in an hourly trade?

I guess you like bullying other players rather than having a fair fight with equally equipped ships.
It is this kind of attitude that the is keeping the maps empty.

 

That's true lots of complain on global chat about the unfairness for people who spend real money now days.

 

I agree, it makes bidding nearly impossible to win, because the higher level players have billions of credits and are just now bidding on stuff just so we don't get them.

 

Then just let them bid away for now...their credits will eventually run out, if not decrease. That's when you'll be able to get those things.

 

Everyone who spent money on the game did it of their own choice. They bought uri or ships to gain the advantage, no one said or forced them to buy it. Asking for compensation for something that they willingly did and purchased is not right.
