PVE PET

Can someone tell me a good set up for a PVE pet. Also what is the max lvl for a pet and how many laser does the pet get at max lvl. will be hunting in 3-7. Then once i get higher will go to 5-x

Max level for the PET is 15
It can have a max of:

10 Lasers
17 Sheilds
6 Gears
12 Protocols

Best set-up is 10 LF3 or LF-4.
17 Bo2 or what ever sheilds u have.
For Gears you may need Kamikaze Level 3, Combo Ship Repair Gear Level 3, PET repairer Level 3, Combo Guard mode Gear level 3.
Protocols for PVE: Laser Protocol level 3 for Laser Damage on PET, And Fuel Protocols to spend less fuel.

Yes all Gears have a cool down time.

 

There isn't any gear that Adds laser damage or saves fuel ETC so im not sure what you mean by do they stack on one another.

25000 HP per second for 5 Seconds
750 Fuel per usage
Chance of Insta shield damage deflection = 85%
Cool down Time: 15 seconds

No Problem I myself could not find a link to the Cool Down time either, I had to go in game and actually use it to find out

 

You can only use 1 of each gear, so you can't put autolooter lvl 2 & autolooter lvl3 on the same config, it just won't allow it.

You can put multiple amounts of the same protocols on however and yes, they all add up but the bonus appears to be calculated and added to base rather than compounded.

Don't be misled by the fuel protocol. If you do the calculations the real saving is extremely marginal.

so for example if i put nothing but cargo expander protocols on my pet lvl 3. (each lvl 3 gives 12% increase in cargo so 12 of those would be 144% increase in cargo) this is what i mean by stacking. Does it work this way.

 

Yes. It doesn't compound, it just adds on 12% from the base amount with each protocol so the total gained should be 144% more with 12 than the figure you have with none.

Yes it works the same way with all protocols but bear in mind with fuel protocols that due to the way fuel usage is calculated they increase fuel consumption by slightly less than the amount they save rendering them next to useless.
