Chat Authorization Failed

    Hello,

    Currently I'm using Mozilla firefox to play Darkorbit; no matter when I login I get a message saying chat authorization failed?

    I tried using Google Chrome before hand (earlier Today) and that's when this issue started.
    My adobe flash and shockwave flash are both currently up to date and the cache has been cleared plenty. This Issue has been going on for about the past 6 hours and still continues.

    Any recommendations?

    Have you tried resetting your router?

    This happened to me once, must have been well over a year ago, I emailed support asking if I have been IP chat banned, they said I hadn't yet once I reset my router to get a new IP I could chat again.

    It's worth a go trying.
