Cannot receive any mails in my e-mail address

  1. Hello...

    It seems that I don't receive any mails in my e-mail in accordance with the account center. It says here that "We have sent you a verification link to this e-mail address:...... Please follow the link in this e-mail to confirm your address.".. But still, I don't receive any.. I have tried many times to receive the mail but still, I just don't receive any.. I need help with this issue. Thank you! :)

  2. Hmm, i don't know what that is, can't say you are black listed if you have yet to set up this kind of stuff. Are you putting it in wrong by chance, like the slightest mistake we all know we make? like a letter didn't go in?
     
  3. Hmm.. What do you mean by putting it in wrong by chance? My apologies if I put it in the wrong thread. I'm trying to confirm my address so that I can receive newsletters, mails from DO, etc..
     
  4. No, i meant, did you make a type when putting in the email, like say for example it was

    Darkorbit@hotmail.com

    but instead you put

    Darkprbit@hotmail.com

    sometimes i hit p instead of o when typing things in, so im asking if you made a typo.
    or perhaps the key didn't work and a letter didn't go in like

    Dakorbit@hotmail.com

    (NOTE: These are clearly fake emails and used as an example just now)

    Amatsumagatschi, When you go to your Account Center and click on E-Mail, does your correct email address appear? If not, you will have to contact Support to have the issue looked at. There is a link in my signature.

  6. Yes.. I typed it right.. What am I going to do? I've tried several times to receive mails. Help. :/
     
  7. one of my clanmate has the same problem, he can't receive any mail in his e-mail address, he tried to change it but since he don't get the verification link he can't do it.

    Have you checked to see if your email account is blocking items from Bigpoint?

    I would recommend that you look at the Whitelisting your email FAQ. << Click here.
    See if this helps to resolve the issue.

    You will need to go back to the register email section and make another attempted as the confirmation links are time sensitive.

  9. One question about in the "Yahoo!" section: Do I have to separate the addresses like "email.bigpoint.com" only in each filter?

    By the way, can you update the instructions of whitelisting about the new version of "Yahoo!" mail too?

    Yes you need to place them in individually,as to make sure that it sees all addresses from the Bigpoint and Dark Orbit.

    As for updating, I will try and get to that as soon as I can locate a member that uses that email provider.

    If you continue to have issue receiving the emails after white listing, I would recommend that you contact support and see if your email could possibly be on the blacklist.

    I also already contact support to find out why I can't receive newsletters or confirmation emails as well.
