Hall Of Fame Bugg

Darkorbit said they fixed the top user issue but i have yet been put back to number 7 on the server..

In this screenshot it shows me as number 7 but im not on Hall of Fame ..... YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY TELL THAT ITS BUGGED STILL PLEASE FIX, How could Foofighter be number 7 when i have more Top user points then he does?



More Proof Foo is rank 8 not 7 but on hall of fame hes number 7 and im not up there





Now i messaged support and they are being ignorant and fail to help me saying that they are fixed when in fact they are not

 

My rank is messed up also. I do feel irked that I am shown to be 80 spots lower than what I really am. Please fix this A.S.A.P. I was at 418 this morning and now I am at 490

 

I am sorry that you are experiencing this type of issue, I have passed this on for further investigation. As I am aware of the recent post that this matter had been address. I will ask for further investigation on this.

As for the post that you shared from support. Please know that the latest information that the support team had, was that this issue had been addressed. Please do not hold fault with support, as it does take players notifying us that the issues still remaining.

I cant give you an estimated time frame as to when this will be looked into, but your patience is greatly appreciated.

Yeah they need to fix it. A lot of guys at the top spend thousands of dollars in the game. And some risk or risked bans for hacking or were one of those players who were botting npcs all the time to move up and caused so many players to give up on the game. Can't let all that effort go to waste now can we?

 

As previously stated this is an issue that we are aware of and it is being investigated further for a resolution.
