I don't know whats going on with the auction site.i bid higher than the current bid but it keeps getting rejected,one bid was for the vengeance ship,the current bid was 20000 and I bid 30000 and it said my bid had to be more the 10000 which it was,and this morning I bid on the iris drone the current bid was 1010000 and I bid 1250000 and it gave some other reason for not winning the bid even though my bid was higher

 

You probably didn't win the bid because some people bid at the last minute and win the item, with the other problem contact support

 

Whats happens there is when u bid some1 els is bidding be4 you so it tells you that you have to bid more then 10k its a small visual glitch that needs fixs

 

Sounds like you already had 8 drones active on your ship

Did you forget to sell a flax first?

Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

During last few seconds a lot of players bids in auction and as a result you may get the pop-up saying your bid was lower.

Do you (the original poster) have any further questions or can we close?

 

It's no glitch. You just need to bid as soon as you reload the page, otherwise the information on the page will quickly become obsolete.

 

Not really a glitch, someone bids before you do, so you won't see it, the bids won't change unless the page is refreshed.

But that is the issue, someone is placing down bids before you.

 

how can you not say thats a visual glitch when u bid say a mill and it says u need to bid more then 10k lol the person gonna think well i did bid more then that so it needs changing to something like (you have not bid enough) so be4 you try and correct me think about what your gonna put

 

It doesn't say that you have to bid at least 10K, it says that you must bid at least 10K more than the current bidder, or at least it should. Is that what you mean?

 

Your bid is too low. The minimum bid must be at least 10,000 Credits higher than your last bid. that's what it says

it should not say that as u made that bid already and the last bid was not yours its the person your outbidded so it still should say something different stops the confusion

 

When you go to the auction page it will say the current bid AT THAT TIME, so if you wait for more then 5 seconds there is a very high chance, someone is going to bid. So you see 10,000,000 but instead someone bid while you have yet to refresh and it is now 10,010,000 and you try to place that same bid, it will not go through. It is common sense string.

Fixed it

I still think auction should be changed to let you put your highest bid and the system auto-bids you up to that amount. I'm sure this would remove the incredible lag from everyone snipe bidding in the last minute because there's just no point in bidding low amounts until it's about to end.

 

If that is what he means, then it is not a VISUAL BUG it is a typo, this game is German, it all gets TRANSLATED, of course it will have mistakes, i see them all the damn time.
