To Admin not able to log in to my West 1 account

    can u please check to see what is going on

    my account has been Hacked or Banned

    No one has info to my personal information So I don't see why I can not log on

    I know I'm not an admin but might be able to help in some way.
    Are you not able to get onto the gamepage because that is a problem lots of people are having right now.

    If it's a problem logging into the account entirely, even on the backpage - what happens? Is it just a white screen? Is there an error code in the url?

    It says this

    No account with this combination of username and password was found.

    This is my main account DJXL.SA.TX

    I played on this account last night now it is not letting me log in

    No one has my info
    I don't share accounts
    so no one has been on this ship just me
    no one has my email but me
    so I dont see why it is not letting me log in
    I dont use hacks
    never have never will
    so I have done nothing wrong for them to ban me so dont know whats up

    Yes I have tried everything still can not log on

    I have tried to get my password sent I am not getting mail to my email address

    this don't sound good

    Now according to support if something like this happens Big-point states to contact support as soon as possible so that is what I am doing but no answer

    As this is an account issue and you have engaged support in this matter, you will have to wait for a response from Support as there is nothing we can do here in Forums regarding account issues.
