Non Refund of the bid amount in auction

As i bid on the Targeting guidance CPU 2 in the last moment of the auction the window said that your bid is submitted but when i saw the auction page my bid was not there nor was the amount credited back to my accout!!!

 

If you bid then it will show in your uridium page balance as a negative amount of credit you will receive a in internal email if you was out bid.

It would be best to clear cache and flash cache then check your balance.

If you still think there is an issue take a screen shot of your balance and your history log for the period from just before to at least over one hour after to show you have had the credit deducted, but not returned and that you did not receive the item, then send it to support.

 

Check the auction also incase lag put the bid to the next hours auction.
This has happen to me before at the last minute of auction.

 

ive already checked the auction my problem is that my bid didnt go into the next hour it just disappeared

What I would recommend is that you contact support, provide the following information:

Ship name:
User ID:
Server:
registered email address:

and a copy of your transaction logs for the auction.

This will give the support team the needed information to assist you further.
