FPS drops down

I have the issue that if I'm on map shooting cubis my fps is 61-40.
We had a fight on last spaceball on the base on 4-4. Usually I don't have lags, but it seems like slowmotion
after the fight finished, the base was down and I was able to move back to normal.

I wrote allready the german support, but they don't give a hell on that. It's my Internet or my Computer hardware!

CPU: Intel core I7 4770
gpu: Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 Ti Overclock Edition
main: Asus Z87-Pro ATX
RAM: 2x8 Gb ddr3 Coresair

I bought few weeks ago new Computer! I don't have any Problems to play call of duty or Crysis 3, but DarkOrbit is still a challenge.

How you can see on the first pic, I have a better computer-system then a highend gamer...

Is their something because other players with lower GPU have no lags.. but I stil have them ?

I deleted Cocies & Caches. My flaschplayer and browser is updated. (I try with firefox, googlechorome, safari and internet explover.

knows someone anything about that ?

Firstly, what browser are you using?

Secondly, don't even bother with Internet Explorer, because the newer versions (IE10 for example) have a built in crappy flash player which run primarily on the GPU instead of core Flash components settings.

 

I use Google Chrome, usualy, but try with others too.
Same problem, I don't want install all browser wich I can find, the point is I want a solution to fix this problem, maybe it's not on my side, also possible that bigpoint have a bug or smt like that.

The Chrome Fix works like this,

1) Use chrome://plugins to access Chromes internal Plugins list.

2) In the list, you will find the Flash Player plugins installed.

3) Click the [+] Details sign to see more details, you should hopefully see a flash player using a DLL pepflashplayer.dll and one using something like (depending on the version) NPSWF32_13_0_0_162.dll, you want to disable the one using pepflashplayer.dll.
4) Now restart Chrome and try your game.

Chrome has its own built in flash player, which is basically, useless, and you have now disabled it.

If you do not see two flash players when you access the plugins page, please make sure the standalone Flash Player is downloaded and installed from Adobes website.

Also, make sure your Graphics drivers are up-to-date, and always make sure Java is up-to-date aswell.

Thank you my friend, but this doesn't work I know all those tricks, the normal way doesn't work. Pepper flashplayer is deaktivated since I installed Chrome.

 

I'm gonna try and diagnose this via things I have done in the past to improve game performance even with a decent rig.

Have you tried disabling Intel SpeedSteeping in BIOS?

 

An employee of Cable Come was at home with us and has the whole internet so adjusted that we have no problems. On my computer everything was opened, so I have no problems with the Internet.

Like alot of FM's in the German Forum, thold me they don't have lags with a lower System than me..
I can't imagine why.

I brought my computer to the office even, but no difference with a 250k Internet-line.

I read that you have a disabled pepper flash. If you could please look at the this thread in the Tech Official Announcements <<< Click here.

Since the latest update, the pepper flash for Chrome has to be enabled.

Thank you ASTRAEA But I have another question especial for you. Why I have this pepper-flashplayer and a friend of me don't have 2 files in the Plugins, just the normal flash-player ?

I tryed to uninstall this but doesn't help, because I uninstall the browser

Those wich have 2files in Adobe Flash Player like me, we have all lags and bugs in game -.-




But a friend don't have it and also no lags ? ^^

Why reactivate pepperflash? The idea is to have it disabled and have the standalone Adobe Flash Player do the rendering, not the pepper version built into chrome.

If you have 2 versions of flash player running (Like Chrome does on first install/update), it will cause issues.

Disable PepperFlash and leave it disabled, there is no need to have pepperflash enabled if Adobe Flash Player is doing the work.

Also, google "How to disable protected mode in flash player" and follow the instructions, this mode is known to cause issues in some system setups, so disabling it can cause better peformance.

There are many many many tweaks that can be made via the mms.cfg file of Flash Player. I have made many tweaks to my Chrome and Flash Player settings (hidden and normal), and have made massive performance boosts.

Also some settings within the internals of Windows can solve many issues relating to Flash Player.

I flyed over 3 months with deactivated pepperflas.. nothing positiv on it.
If I fly with activated or deactivated pepper, I don't have any differenz.

In the german forum one wrote the best explanation, since the new Quests are their, the fps is undergrounded

It's not our hardwar, it's from side of DarkOrbit. But I don't want say, DO is wrong, that's why I ask lovley in the english forum

 

FPS problems will not be server side related.

The server does not manipulate how your GPU or your CPU acts.

The information from the server is sent to your browser and flash player, then it is rendered by those 2 components and then left to your system to sort out and display on your screen.

Have you perhaps tried downloading:

Adobe Flash Player Beta release
Nvidia Beta release drivers/software
Chrome beta release.

You must also remember that games like Call Of Duty and other demanding games are designed to make use of every single little performance boost that your PC can squeeze out. Flash Player does not do this, as all it concentrates on is battering your CPU more than anything else, upon researching and monitoring flash player activities, DarkOrbit seems to use around 40mb - 50mb of HDD space based on cache. The RAM on the other hand varies on most systems, some people report 200mb usage, but in my case it reports 400mb usage.

Flash Player and the games of which run on its platform mainly depend on the coding and relationship between the Player itself and the browser of which you are using.

So can I establish that you have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

If you haven't already, can you try FireFox 64bit, this is available if you search on google, it is usually the first result pointing towards a website named firefox64bit.

 

I have it already and it's useless, I have more lags then on google chrome with pepperflahplayer activated..

 

Clear your cache,BTW chrome use alot of RAM almost 2GB in my system
Open task manager CTRL+ALT+DELETE and disable unnecessary applications and process,
Check for virus,
LAST RESORT !!!,uninstall chrome and reinstall it back.
If iall of that doesnt work,only god knows

 

I think now only the proggers from DO can help me (us)
I tryed everything, nothing is possible

But since morning it lags less...
idk why

With all that you have been going through I would ask if you could do the following:
Could you please give this a try:

Log out of the game... go to
your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

Then go to the flash player - here is a link>

delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
