    I have moved you r thread to a more appropriate section.
    The gate part percentages are based on a single spin. Each spin has a 13% chance of landing a gate part. When spinning 100 at a time, it will not equate to 13 gate parts guaranteed as each individual spin of the 100 is run against the 13% probability.
