Unable to repair by clicking on repair bot

I have deleted my cache, I have restarted browser, switched portals, and I have tried a different browser. I've checked the configuration to make sure the rep-4 and the auto-repair cpu is on both configs on my ship. It is.

The problem:

At 4.xx this morning the game server restarted as normal. Before this everything was working as normal. SO I go back to do exactly what I was doing before game restart....

I'm shooting a cube, I get damaged, i move out of range and click on the Rep-4. I expect it to start repairing. It doesnt. When I am fully repaired The Rep-4 icon has a black background in its icon and the the rep-4 is a dull pink. I shoot the cube and the rep-4 becomes a bright pink. Once I am damaged, I move out or range of both protegit and cube and click on the rep-4 button, nothing happens. Normall if I press it it should repair me. If i wait for the full 15 seconds, then the automatic rep happens.

Is this a problem or do I have a configuration issue ?

Most probably the problem was with lag. as you said u went out but could not repair. the reason of the icon of rep4 to be black was you were full repaired and we are guessing that while you were running you got repaired so your repair bot dint start and if that is not the reason then it might be a glitch or the duration increased as you got hit somehow and you dint notice. Do you still have the problem? if yes please mention here again and let the admins go through your account to check.

I know what the problem is, or I should know, for one, many items such as repair bot, or insta shield, and a few others will not work on the quick slot bars like that are not on your ship, in order for it to work, you need to jump out of the map. This problem usually happens when logging in, or warping. Jumping map always fixes it for me. If that doesn't work, I suggest writing support, as I have no seen any admins posting in tech section.

 

I have had this configuration for a long time, with no changes. I have to press the little triangle to make the bar appear and then i click on the REP-4. It normally happens immeidately showing how much its repaired, I know when I'm not full repaired or being attacked. This is consistent since restart this morning..

 

I have added the REP-4 to the quick slot bar too, but to no avail. To support it looks like.

 

I don't know is it a problem or they have just put new update to game but it's happening to me as well.

Hello. I have the same problem. The repair bot just works after 30 seconds or something like that. It is too much time for repairing. But I don't think that it's a lag or something. I think that is a new game update.

 

I recently heard there is a cool down update for repair bot.

 

I had that black background problem with my EMP on the slotbar, It was dark for some unknown reason, I could still EMP as such, but it seemed to have no affect because I was still shot at.

 

Your problem should be stated in technical sector and i hope admins will look through everyones problem
