Newb looking for advice

hey, i'm trying to gear up, but even when i bid over 5million credits on the auction i can't win LF3's or iris's. how much do i need to bid to actually win one of these?

 

it depends on server to server in my server that is gloabal america 5 iris are like 50-70mil and maybe more on holidays and 41-50 mil lf3

 

As it was said it depends on server. On GB1 prices for Iris are around 10-30 mil; and for LF-3's are around 15 mil. Also it depends on time when you are bidding. Prices are going really high in late afternoon and in evening so try to bid in morning if you can.

 

So a slight guide about bidding. I had this on the previous forum. When bidding base your bidding times on your server time: So if its GB2 or GB1 you want to bid at around 2-5am GMT time. This way majority of the noobs are in bed and most who are online are ufe's at that time. Try stick to 2am-5am on your servers time. The prices however vary overall from 10mill to 125mill depending on servers for both lf3 and iris. I first won all mine for 60-90mill each and some friends now are winning them for 5mill at around 2am-5am. Overall: Bid out of hours, Bid close to the last 5minutes ***Later you bid less chance someone who dislikes you will notice and outbid you to be mean***, And bid how ever much you are willing to win at. Remember: credits are returned if you lose!

 

The forum is a bad place to ask for bidding advice. If you are on a larger server such as GB1 or 2, then it will be much higher than if you were on East 3. It also depends on the time of day.

Ask people in chat when the best time to bid and how much to bid.
