Wow just Wow another 12 hours

Who would believe it? The Server can still be down and no information or even a sorry from Tech. The admins have felt the brunt of this yet they are powerless really to do anything about it.

But come one don't you people plan things, don't you have a change management plan or some sort of roll-back. Fix the damn issue with the servers. I hope to hell you never went home last night and stayed and worked on this all night, because of plain incompetence.

At the very least communicate with your client-base, this silence and utterly innapropriate "we know there is a problem, we are working on it" isnt cutting it!

I should imagine I was pretty clear about this, perhaps you should look at the bigger picture here, and realise the gravity of this situation. The forum is not only a moderator player platform but a way to vent some frustration directly at the company itself.

So it does not matter how sorry a moderator may be but rather that we see some progress and the darkorbit dev team, see that there is more discontent that is growing and to hopefully get them to react faster. So if it takes a thousand posts from a thousand people maybe then they will then at the very least come on and post some real information. im for one getting really pissed off, spend money then you expect some service.

now the mods can close this before we get too many more complacent people comming on here flaming things, with their complacent coments.

I don`t understand how you can log onto GB1 server when others cannot. This makes me think that the problem is at my end but the volume of posts RE: `cannot log etc` suggests it is not my connection

 

Do you live in the UK? or not. cus if so you may be logging in a different way to us which allows you to play through proxies i think.

The GB1 server is not located in the UK, it is located in Germany.

 

We are currently aware that there were some issues within several servers. This matter is being investigated. Hopefully by the time you receive my post here in forums a resolution will have been found and you can return to your game play.
