    I very rarely use forums! It seems only when something has gone wrong do I turn to the forums for information. I was given a trophy for commenting on posts regarding the recent meltdown of GB1 :)
    My `Idea` is quite simply when something like the recent log in problems occur can we please have more information. A friendly email just saying server is closed until ?? would suffice. A pop up on log in page or similar. Players can still access back page for bidding etc.
    It seems to me to be the decent thing to acknowledge the problem and would go a longway in making me (a paying gamer) feel important to BigPoint and not just a cash cow..

    They do, most likely consider you a cash cow but as the notice in the emails thats a server is having issues, i think this would be a great help also as seeing you need to log into your back page to log on to forums now. It would be a great help just in case they have a large crash were you cant even log into the back page.
