Friends and Bonuses Glitch

    Today , I finally managed to invite my last friend from friends and bonuses.The bonus log Only says I got the normal reward.The 25 Friends Box is checked, But i never got my premium nor my ignite design.Is this a bug?Or a glitch?I am still waiting for my Ignite for over a day.It took me since the friends and bonuses came out to find the people needed.And finallY i made it.But I never got my reward.Please fix it

    Has your friend hit lvl 7? Because thats one of the requirements to get the reward.

    He almost level 8 thats teh only Thing i got in my logs

    My Friends and bonuses page shows 25 Friends completed but I never got Premium and Ignite
    Anyways Nice Veng On the other server.You know which one I mean :p)

    Well one of the reasons for why you havent recieved your reward could be due to them trying to repair the login for gb1 maybe? however you should of got it yesterday. take my advice. put d.o over your knees and slap their bottoms until you recieve the reward? maybe that will do it.

    I have the same problem ... Ive managed to complete the Friend bonus thing over 25 people since last year too ... wheres my reward and that goli thing lol :eek:... - CookieMonsta

    Thank you very much for assisting this player with their question,

    The friends invite bonus does have a few requirements.
    1. must not share the same computer.
    2. must not live in same household.
    3. must not share the same IP address
    4. must not share the same email address

    This will effect the out come of the rewards.
    If you feel that you have met all the requirements, I would recommend that you contact support to have the matter investigated further.

    My last friend was my little brother.I have a dynamic Ip so I cant share the same ip.The email address is not the same And i got all the other rewards(the 5 and the 10 friends rewards).So tell mw what am I supposed to do?

    Your will need to contact support and see if there is something further that they can do to assist you in this matter. As we here in forums cannot alter that system or offer the rewards from the friends invite achievemnt.
