  2. lam the games been down for almost 18 hours now for many people
    at the same time some lucky ones can play

    mate this is been my problem for 2 weeks now i even bought 2 days of 50% EP which was wasted due to i cant log in...
     
  4. Where do you live Region wise? The new Terms and Conditions ws implemented and restricted access to some regions.

    I would ask, have you attempted this on a different web browser?

    Also what type of connection are you using... Cable, DSL, WiFI or an open public Interent service such as the library or University.

    Another question I would ask, is are you running a windows 64bit system or the 32Bit system.

    To be honest, I don't know. The Philippines wasn't included in the recent T&C change.

    Also I haven't try it on different browser I'am currently using Google Chrome. My operating system is 32 bit and I'am using a WiFi.

    Btw, when I try to log in the username that I use it "ĐĄЯĶ•ŘĘĄPÊЯ[β²Κ™]" but on the homepage of the server my username is this one "ĐĄЯĶ•ŘĘĄPÊЯ". So I put it both because I don't know which one should I put.

    I am using a Cabled DSL connection and i am running a 32 bit
    -Windows 7
    -chrome and i even try to play on firefox but still same situation
    *** with Radeon R7 240 ( AMD Radeon Graphic accelerator )

    what confuse me much is that the main page loads great but when i click starts it open a new tab for my space map but it takes too long realy long to load and if it is full it doesnt turn green

    Lam-anq,

    From personal experience, I had both the Radeon R7 240 and Radeon R7 260. I returned both and went to the Nivida Geforce GTX 650. I had a lot of issues with the radeon card with windows 7.

    I know that I suggested attempting on a different browser, but I would like to suggest that you try a New Browser. Firefox has a beta browser that works wonderful... http://nightly.mozilla.org/ I installed the standard version and have very little issues with the game.

    I would also say that your issue could be caused by distance from the server.

    *** Please note that your log in name would be the one you were using prior to the introduction of the the easy name change system. As your log in name will remain the same, your ships user name is the only thing that your are actually changing.

    I hope that this helps in some way.

  14. Okay! Thanks Astrea, I'll be doing that. Also I have already submitted a report on the support. :)

    And btw, our issue regarding log in problem would not probably because of distance from the server because I'am a player of DO since 06-12-2011 I have already played 339 hours without having a problem on getting DC and log in problem using the same server. Though I have already stopped playing DO for years I think I just recently come back because while watching an anime I saw an add of DO and I got interested because the name have changed so I want to see what are the changes. But up till now I haven't got the chance to actually play the real game all I could do is bid on auction and get the daily reward, I'am starting to lost interest in the game once more.

    Also this is for other players who are still experiencing log in problem this is what the support have told me.

    "Please try clearing your browser cookies and cache, this will delete the old stored data and allow the new correct data to be downloaded. Please remember that after deleting your cache it may be necessary to restart your PC.

    This process is best described in a thread that we have on the Dark Orbit forum, which can be found at:

    There is also recent flash and java update. This could be your issue. In some cases you may want to completely remove flash and reinstall the new update from the link below. It's important to do this at least 3 times a week if you tend to have issues.

    One more thing I have just download and used the firefox nightly and I still can't play. The only things that's good is that the connection take longer to load before you got disconnected so it gives you more hope but in the end it's won't connect. :/ I've also tried using my desktop because it's what I used way back when I first played DO but still it gave the same result. T.T

    ĐĄЯĶ•ŘĘĄPÊЯ[β²Κ™] i realy do believe thats not our distance from the server which is causing us some problems been playing the game more than 4 years now and thats the only time i encounter those problem... again thanks for the help ^^;)
