Portal glitch

Every time I go through a portal it puts me in random places and I die by other companies and I get very annoyed with it, any help?

 

You'd have to give more details then then, what portals are you using? Exactly how random? I never had this issue nor has anyone else said it. Sounds like you're just jumping into battle maps or something. Or during spaceball you jumped into the 4-4 map through the x-2 middle port and died to the enemies controlling the game. Or Sector Control or something, again need more detail lol

 

I guess you might have hit the nail on the head these days you can reach lvl9 far 2 fast so a newbie could be jumping into 4-4, or it could have been a invasion event with far to few players in it.

or

When a player jumps through a port if there is any lag and the player jumps through running forward they will continue to run into the map even thought they see themselves at port.

when you jump through a port the best advise if you are staying at port is to click on the mini map just to the back edge of the port ring. ( the edge away from the middle of the map.)

This issue tends to occur when you are being shot when you active a jump portal. It's been around for a while now, yet nothing has been done about it.

 

yeah i sow it to. ship jump from 1-6 to 1-5 and end far from safe zone. that happend most of time when we fight wars there.

 

When you jump while moving at portal or circling NPCs there are chance that you will be far from portal sometime.
Although this might be problem but take it as advantage on enemy map while running away from stronger opponent.

For now don't jump while running to portal or circling NPC.

 

I'd like to point out that abusing bugs can and will, probably, get you banned, if caught. Don't do it.

 

So then why do portal do such things to us? Even if we don't want such thing since it is banned from doing.
Any explanation here? I know almost all player have experienced this thing even at least once throughout their game play.

 

When i was hitting a enemy in 2-7 and jumped into 2-8, i was not protected by the demil zone...

 

I'd like to point out that if you are under attack and are near port then jump and click on the mini map at least mid map as you jump is a normal action. That is not bug abuse it is common sense. You want to get away from port asap if you are being chased. How is that bug abuse? the chaser can do the same as they jump if they are smart, but they have to be even smarter to work out if the other player will actually jump.
