Email Update...

  1. Im trying to update my account to a new email, but whenever an email is sent to my old email account, i receive nothing from the company about me updating emails on this account can someone help me? Plase
     
  2. Have you checked spam/junk folders, also, if your using Gmail, take note of the Promotional and Social tabs at the top of the mail list, try in either of those 2 catergories too.

    If all else fails, just try searching your entire mail list for "DarkOrbit" or "Dark Orbit" (Note the space in the second search).

    If its a different email provider, get back to me.
     

  3. My account is currently connected to @tlen.pl email provider.

    My spam folder is also empty, nor the search for DarkOrbit, shows old message that were sent back in 2012.
     
  4. Be sure to check spam folders and junk folders, if you can, do a search.
     
  5. Check many times, when i sent an email to the support i got an automatic message from them right away, but with the email change i did't.. Please help.
