upgrate dscount rate

generaly speaking (i know that officialy this event is random)
how offten is this happening ?
what is the event's duration ?
does any of u noticed anything that can help me rought estimate when it is about to happen
i think i saw this event 2 days ago in europe 3

It usually happens about once a month. There is a possibility that it might have skipped a month before, but usually once a month. The event lasts 1 hour and gives 25% off of all upgrades.

These type of events are impossible to determine the date/ time. It could be 5 pm on March 8th, but the next month it could be April 12th at 1 Pm (random dates and times).

 

i had the idea to collect a BIG amount of uri by boxing and keep them waiting the next event; but seems almost impossible to manage to be online same time event is on.
but this 25% is soooo good discount

I think the time seems to be a lot less random than the date. Try checking each day around an hour before the incredible un-random MHH usually occurs. On our server that's 19:00 every sunday so I would check 18:00 each day. Your server/time is probably different.
