    what the hell .. I wanted to change my pass on my acc .. and I have sent a request an hour ago ..the confirmation email still did not come .. what is going on .. its on my email address I just changed the pass 2 days ago .. what if somebody was on my acc and I needed to change my pass immediately ..yeah nice work

    Some servers block BP e-mails altogether. Weird, but mine does, and support even told me that they've had known trouble with my e-mail company, which is a major US one. I get responses from support okay, but I've never been able to change my password or get newsletters. Good luck. :-\

    did that a long time ago . the email is only for DO .. I just messaged support and they said that I should try after the restart .. damn.. well can't do anything for now

    I changed my pass 2 days ago ..and I live in US also .. so its not that .. I use gmail and yahoo it always worked ..it just glitched today
