Influence Points Not Registering

My Personal Influence score currently shows 648 alien kills giving 1,296 points & 4 Pilot kills giving 60 points. This is wrong & for some reason, points are not registering.

I have, I believe, 26 Pilot kills.

Also, I did Crazy Cubes today & I was not in an outfit for any period. I'm not sure of the exact number of Protegit kills I have, but know it is well above 3,000.

Can you look into this pls.

 

If you check in the window in the game it shows how much you really have but I can confirm the IP is not updating in the rank section on back page for me either.

I have checked and it appears you are receiving the correct amount of influence points. If you are unsure, open the Icon in the User interface, and watch the number rise as you kill the npc's, complete quests etc...

u get 15 points per player so 4 x 15 is 60 :s and u get 2 points per npc

 

The issue was that it was not updating on my backpage & the in-game window (mentioned by whoeva) was not working at the time of this post in as much as that it kept showing up blank.

The Personal Influence on the backpage has still not updated, however the in-game window seems to be working now - it may have been a temporary issue or fault.

This can be closed as the issue seems to have been resolved now.

He is right, it's not updating on back page. it says i have 279 kills on npcs, which i have done 2 missions needing 100 each, do a mission needing 60, so that,s 260, then i also killed about 200 extra npcs in the process of those missions. did some before all those missions, AND i killed some randomly for my newbie clan members.

 

Could it possibly update every night like the ranks?

 

no it didn't count my scores from DAY 1 either. or it skipped most of yesterdays.

 

I have passed this on for further investigation, however it is a holiday weekend and this may take a bit of time.

Just to confirm, I got 2 ship kills yesterday about 30 minutes apart (yes, I am a noob) but only one registered on the backpage personal influence. And my both backpage and gamepage influence points match exactly.
I thought maybe it will correct itself after server reset, but I still didn't get another ship kill accounted to my points.
Didn't track number of NPCs though, so I can't tell about that part of a problem.

 

Mine don't match at all, backpage says i'm at 777 points, which i had on day 1 after an hour of playing. i'm well over 5400 right now.

 

I tested GB 1 server, the in-game and backpage points match. But on GE 1 the backpage points are still "frozen", as they were on the first day of the event while the in-game points are progressing.
The points summary on backpage suddenly stopped registering shortly after event started.

 

That's what i think happened i just have day 1.
