User ID black listed

  1. When I tried to complete a payment for 75,000 uridium 29.99 with my $30.00 visa card, I completed all of the required fields and sent in the payment. But then I received a message on a pop-up window saying my UID was blacklisted and to contact payment support. I did this last night during Mega-happy hour(when I originally tried making the purchase.) I have yet to receive word from support and the request was made last night. I am also concerned I will be unable to take advantage of both Mega happy hour and APIS 25% off promotions due to the length or this ordeal.

    just be patient hopefully they will write you back, ive had the same problem i got black listed and had to contact support and they took me off... simple as that.
     
  3. How long did it take, and it was during Mega happy hour when I planned on using it, will I get credited a x3 bonus or something?

    Are you sure that you are contacting PAYMENT support and not the regular support?
     
  5. Yes, I hit the Payment support link, and all fields were filled out such as my user id and global id. I also sent a message to support saying that I already sent a message to payment support.

    Unfortunately we here in forums cannot speed up that process, you will have to wait to receive a response form either the payment support department or the main support area.

    This means you have made a unsuccessful attempt at payment. You will need make several successful payment attempts using another form of payment to have the blacklist removed.<---this is all I have received thus far and I am getting very irritated. What is this implying that I purposely made an unsuccessful payment...FOR WHAT! SO I could also purposely miss mega happy hour and the APIS 25% off promotions? That doesn't make any sense. Im not sure if your allowed to post ticket number but #551619 ( maybe it will help you out more than it is helping me.)

    You actually aren't allowed to post the person's name that your dealt with support.

    But most people don't MEAN to get black listed, it just happens. For example, if your debit card doesn't have any money in it, you still get the uri, but you get black listed because BP doesn't get their money.

    i actually did not contact payment support i did a general question i do believe and it took them exactly 2 hours to write me back

  11. I apologize for posting the name of the support who "helped" me, but I am furious. I completely missed Mega Happy hour (even though it happens every week) and the APIS 25% off event and On top of all of that, still have not gotten a legitimate reason why my $29.99 purchase did not work on a $30.00 visa card :mad:. I know I should take into account that it was a holiday weekend, but cmon D.O did you not anticipate s*** like this happening. To respond to Starhawk's post I completely understand the reasons for the system set in place...but I didn't even receive any uridium, its as if I hadn't even entered my card info in because their are no transactions on my card.
     
  12. It sounds like DO is doing the same thing they did to me a few years ago. I found out the hard way that you can't use a prepaid credit card (Visa gift card ie.). I used prepaid cards for about a year, then DO cut me off. They said it wasn't a legitimate form of payment. They took my $30 and i didn't get a thing! I started to use one of the forms of payment recommended on the uridium page and haven't had a problem since...
    You might want to check your balance on the card...
     
  13. Thats all well and fine, but I have been using pre-paid visa's for years(better then them having my credit card info) so even if it is not a vaild for of payment, they need to communicate this.

    I used my debit card for several transactions and then i got the blacklist. i then tried tried to use my debit card as credit and it worked...not sure what is up

    I used Visa gift cards for a long time; a year or so. I used Visa gift cards for the exact same reason- I didn't want to give my credit card info to DO. This was a couple of years ago when this game was riddled with hacks, bots, etc. DO decided Visa gift cards (that were designated for internet purchases) were no longer a valid form of payment, for whatever reason. I lost my $30, and DO said they never received payment, so i guess my cash is floating in space somewhere.

    You may have to cut your losses bro. I have been using one of the approved gift cards on the uridium page and haven't had a problem since. You might want to do the same...

    I am sorry that your are still experiencing this issue, have you checked to see what the amount is remaining on the card. I would also suggest you attempt to use this card again to see if what you experienced was a temporary issue. However if you feel that the account has be placed on the black list, you will need to contact support and request that they look in to this further.

    You can also include this forums link showing that it is possible to remove players from the black list.

    I hope that this matter get resolved for you, I know that support does work hard to offer players the best possible service.

    I just wanted to throw in real quick that you can get a paypal account and attach a prepaid card to it. Paypal is a valid for of payment and is secure.
