    Hey, I diconnected when I was doing Alpha Gate and I died and lost 1 Life, I want my life back. And I want to recontinue where I died because of the lag! It took me 30 mins!

    When you lose all 3 lives, you can contact support and they can give you your gate back. You get 1 free gate reset a month. You get all 3 lives back and you start at the same wave.

    Also, if you die in the middle of a wave, you don't have to start the wave over again, you start from where you left off. So for example, if you kill 3 out of the 10 aliens and die. When you get back into the gate, you only have 7 out of the 10 aliens left to kill.

    Hello [=The-Juggernaut=]

    Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and you need to Contact Support within 48hrs for any further assistance on this issue.

    Note: Gate reset is done only when you lose complete gate.

    Closing as OP was directed to support.
