Yeah we do get the point. You want to have the same type of chat has on COD games nothing but brainless cursing.

Caps is considered shouting i.e. rude not to mention it is harder to read then normal typing so yes it is the same. And their are diffidence servers which have diffidence languages settings.

And oh dear you got banned for cursing like you are on CoD abuse of power help help abuse of power.

 

TOTALLY AGREE!!! I GOT MY ACCOUNT BANNED FOR THE SAME REASON FOR 30 DAYS OMG IM SO UPSET I LOST EVERYTHING DOUBLERS DISCOUNTS AND PREMIUM AND TIME! AND BIGPOINT DID NOT CARE!!!

I got banned for 30 days when trying to say niggeel i wrote "nigg44l" which according to bigpoint is racist, wht they didnt noticed is that the number 4 is right above the letter "e" and they took a "nice" guess and banned me for 30 days. I lost my doubler my discount and my premium thanks to 2 numbers..

 

It's the thought that counts eh?

Sorry asking that here but why are the polls not permited in the English forum? IMHO, this would not cause any problems, would?
*If you are not understending something I wrote it's because I am Brazilian user and not so good in english, but I would like to participate to this forum if I could and maybe later translate an idea that i had and posted in my "original leanguage" to you.

Sure, people swear, it happens all the time. However, this is not a face-to-face situation we are discussing; it is a Chat room. In the time it takes you to type out whatever verbal abuse you want to dish out, you can certainly take a second to think and adjust your response to be more suitable for everyone who might be reading it. You are more than welcome to swear your head off at any little thing that bugs you on the game as long as you keep it verbal (your computer screen will not mind), but there is no need to publicise it by typing it.
The same applies to the use of capital letters. In general netspeak, capital letters is seen as shouting - again, there is no need for this, as we can all clearly see whatever you are typing. Capital letters are not banned when used OCCASIONALLY for emphasis, or for simple typos ("oops caps lock" is quite common), but excessive use is no different than screaming your head off in a public area - it is just a disruption.

With regards to different languages, there are separate language channels in place on the Global servers as they are designed for multi-lingual users. You can select and define the language of your choice. The US/GB servers are English only, and these operate exactly the same way as any of the other prime language servers (German, Italian, French, Russian, etc). You are only allowed to converse in that server's 'native' tongue.

Yes they can, and they will. It does not take much effort to translate and then act accordingly. You would also be surprised at how many languages our Chat Moderators have picked up over their time here - it still does not change the rules in place for the servers.

WorIsMine - Polls are permitted in the Speaker's Corner section, but we do not permit them in the Update/Idea section because they are a waste of time. Simply clicking 'yes' or 'no' on a poll does not give any feedback or criticism to an idea, it only gives a rough sense of how many people like or dislike it. Also, you can easily have a popular idea which is still a REALLY bad idea - 100+ ticks on a poll does not mean that it is "good". We prefer that users discuss the ideas, and list their reasons why they like or dislike it. This makes it easier for us to see which suggestions have any true merit, so that we can point them out to the developers.

I am closing, as increasing the age limit for the game contains a mountain of other implications which outweigh any simple chat issues. The answer to your idea is to simply learn to exercise a little more self-control in your online communications.
