Does this mean these quests will become a permanent part of the game?

 

As far as i know it is permanent part of the game. But the only thing that bugs me is "Will level 1-19 have access to the quest after the event is over?".
If it is yes then there is no point of saying event quest.

 

Yes, the quests is forever in darkorbit. So you can do your quests whenever you've time. Because they don't have a limit of time.

The event quest for level 20+ can be found under normal quest options and will stay in game even after the event is over.

Again could this be clarified...

Let's say a player is level 17 now. The event ends and he is level 18. When he reaches level 20 will he have access to these event quests for level 20?

If so then why have players that are already level 20 been given less quests and doesn't this make a mockery of removing previous rank points from old completed quests to make it fair for new players to then go and make more rank points available to lower level players?

It's not a huge complaint, just doesn't seem to make sense.

As far as I am aware. The level 20 quests will remain for players that were level 20 during the event. Lower level players had their own event quests to do that LvL 20+ did not have access to and lets be honest here the lower level ones are not that hard.

However (Again as far as I am aware) the quests will not be available to those who reach level 20 after the event has finished as they will have already had the chance to do their event quests and it would be unfair on the higher level players to have had fewer quests to complete. Basically everyone has the chance to complete the same number of quests, The level 20+ players just got longer as the quests are a LOT harder.

I am sorry to ask, and it may be obvious to some, but I understand from this (I reached lvl 20 during the event) that I will now find the lvl20+ Event quests available to me under the normal quests tab...???

My guess would be that you should see level 20 quests from the day you reached level 20 as each days quest would be unlocked based on your level.

Have a look at the end of your normal quests and see if I am wrong and all previous lvl 20 quests have been unlocked instead.

 

I have looked but, as I have only just arrived, I hadn't looked at all quests unlocked by lvl20 ... so I wouldn't know which were which unfortunately...
I will have to trust to DO on this ...

The level 20 quests are at the bottom of the Normal quests and a new one will be added each day until the end of the event. The quests for lvl 19 and up will stop appearing for you in the quests tab (as far as I can tell, the FAQ we got was a little vague )
