Game map problem

    I have been trying for the past several hours to log into the in-game map, but whenever I do, it simply comes up as a blank screen and will not load. I have already done all of the usual things, such as clear cache, cookies and even defraged my drive and installed my old flash player and upgraded to the newest version, but still the game map will not load at all.
    I was wondering if anyone else was having this kind of problem or if BigPoint itself was doing some server upgrades or whatever that would case the game map to not load?

  2. My simple solution is I switch browsers when I get the black map.

    Thanks, -Zombiedude- I have tried that with three different browsers but get the same thing with each browser. I think I will have to uninstall my browsers and then reinstall them, and hopefully see if that does the trick.

    Also I just noticed I posted this in the wrong technical thread, so my apologies and if any moderator can be so kind, can you move this topic to where it is supposed to belong? Cheers everyone, for your help in this matter. :)
     
  4. Sounds to me you are having flash issues. I have had that issue in the past,and I had 2 flash players running. I believe to check in chrome is to type chrome : plugins (- the spaces between : ) in browser search bar. If there are 2 disable 1. Also run ccleaner from piriform then clean cookies and history in browser. Hope this helps ya.

    If you tried 3 different browsers, it is highly unlikely that it'll be fixed by reinstalling any of them unless they all use the same feature that's causing you the trouble, like an extension all 3 use (like flash).

    So like þå®å§¦†£ said it's most likely flash. Before uninstalling it though, I'd suggest clearing the flash cache on their website.
    I'd also try clearing cookies, not just through your browser but also globally through start > control panel > internet options(if you're on a win pc).

  9. It's kinda weird how those new updates come in. I could get one on my laptop and 1 week later my dads computer gets one, and it's the same thing.

    like with most update checks, you can set a scheduled date when to check for new updates. Might be you two have different options, by default due to diferent times when you installed your systems / flash :3
     
  11. oh yeah... he set his to 3 am so it doesn't bother him lmao but the week timing is off if you ask me lol.

    ive been getting that all day noww startedthis morning then went away and now i cant get in and my skylab screen it all meaased up. the start button opens the next tab then turns black says waiting for bigpoint he just goes into stunned mode .. ???? youur system keeps telling me to update flash ever since i first logged on even though i have the latesest updates
