Problem with my bonux box

Hi Admin,
I have a question. Can you tell me why the content of bonus box collecting was reduced in my acc?
I have box doubler. I usually collect 2-3 hours/day, about 15-20k uridium per hour
But just now I cannot collect like that, about 4-5k uridium per hour only.

have u tried to change map ?
do u box continuously for more than 1 hour ?

 

yes, I have tried to change map. 4-3, 4-2, 4-1. Have been tried 3 hours. But the result nothing change. So bad

 

Bonus boxs still have diminishing rewards. Best thing to do is take a rest every so often that might help you.

normal without bonus doubler i get 10-1100 uri per hour
but havent try to box these days for so long

 

There was a system introduced that meant continuous boxing for long periods of time resulted in diminishing returns. We don't have the exact details on the system. If should eventually reset if you don't continue to box for long periods.

 

Thank you, so how long for collecting is the safe? Because some weekend I working with boxes about 7-10 hours, that mean my boxes content is reduced, so bad.

Boxing for 1-2 hours continuously would be fine and then give some time and do some other stuff in game.
