    you've probably been asked this a million time but how come there is no pet items in the auction house

    Auction house is really for things that new players need in order to build up faster in they game. PET and PET items aren't necessary for a new player.

    What items should be put up for auctions is decided by the development team and in future if these kinds of items are introduced in auctions then it will be posted in Official Announcements.
