Auction lag problem

auction lag problems still hasn't been fixed, US3, it's been over a week since the
first post was submitted, and still this lag hasn't been fixed, why?

 

YES, THIS JUST HAPPENED 1 MINUTE AGO!!! IT PLACED ME ON NEXT BID!!! I don't care if I get banned, I've enough of this game for poor customer support!

 

First of all, We are continuing to make progress reports to the development team on the in-game issue within the game. These issues are being investigated and worked on for a resolutions.

With this said, there are several reason that players may still experience auction issues. Those players attempting to bid in the last 10 secs... us usually find their bids on the next hour due to lag. Especially for those people using a dSL, WiFi or public access connection. Or if you are bidding at a prime time of the day. So there can be a variety of things that are causing this to occur.

We do appreciate you keeping us informed as to the issue, but I would say that is unfair to blame support as they did not create the game nor the issue, but they do work help assist the community in getting the help they need.

I use Verizon FIOS, with a 50 mbps down/ 30 mbps up connection, and I still experience this problem like others, along with game lag as well. The problem is on your end, not ours.

However as I previously stated...

With that said, the balance of my last post was to give another option... not to point blame. As there are more people than not ... that do not have the access to the interent speed that you have available to you.
