Razer Promotion Issues

I signed up for Razer ID and tried three different browsers to get the promotion, and I even tried submitting for changing the password. All attempts to hit the "Submit" button after typing in my Razer ID email and Razer ID password fail. Nothing happens after hitting the submit button, and no email is sent to redeem the pack with a redemption code.

You have to download, install and then log in to the razer comms app before you can get the code.

 

I downloaded and installed I think. Where is the link to log in to razer comms app? Is there a link to log in - can't find it.

 

The app should have added a shortcut icon onto your desktop, double click/right click this icon and a login screen will open, put in your razer info and then try submitting back on the offer page, it should give you the code.

 

Downloaded - Installed -typed Razer ID and Razer email - hit submit. Still nothing. Aggravating

 

Have you actually opened up the app you downloaded and logged into it?

 

I have been having this same problem I even changed my pass word. Something is wrong with the link to the download.

 

I cant even install it, gets halfway through then tells me I have no internet connection. Tried disabling antivrus, firewall and adblock etc still get the same message.

 

@WBMC the problem why u get u have no internet connection is because ure computer is probabaly a windoes xp
and microsoft no longer updates it hence its out of date. my current pc is also in the same situation since theres no xp support so i used my parents windows 8.
also u guys need to download create an acc and login through the downloaded app then come back and redeem ure code

 

Maybe they should send us a new link that works.

 

the no internet has nothing to do with your OS :S i had the same problem and im running win7 ones u get to the part where is says no internet come off it go into program files u should fine the program in there with file and a new install file click that and install it works fine

 

I tried that as well, if i do it that way it does put it on my desktop but when i click it to open it nothing happens, maybe its just me lol..

 

You should have just sent the code the was you used to. In my email. No you had to be fancy and do it a different way. I have tried everything and was unable to get the code. And I hear I am not the only one have problems. Please fix this mess and just send the code the old way.

Ok just found out it is not compatible with windows xp, ahh well.

 

the program isnt what u want guys its just the login. just register no download is need from what i read

 

ok to make it simple for thows having trouble

1. Go to http://bit.ly/1ir0PMj, create a login using your email and make a simple password.
2. check email and conform account.
3. Go back to http://bit.ly/1ir0PMj, and use email and password you made in login part (mid righ of page) and hit enter.
4. Scroll down 1/4 of the screen and you code is there.

There is no need to log into the app you downloaded. Hope this helps.

 

it dont need to install u just have to make the account and where it says user use the email not user name it works just fine your doing it wrong

 

It's not working for me either, I hit submit and nothing happens...

 

The whole point of a "promotion" is to get people using something. In return for using said something, you are rewarded. Here is exactly how to unlock the Razer rewards.

Step 1 - Registration
You must register on the Razer site here. Fill in as much of the details as you can, and then click submit.

Note that the page may not change during this time and the loading icon will remain. If this happens, proceed to Step 2 to check for an activation email.

Step 2 - Activiation
Once you have registered for an account, you must proceed to the inbox of the email you used during registration. Click the link that they give you, and your account will be activated/verified. You cannot continue if you do not complete this step.

Step 3 - Download
Download Razer Comms here. Install it. If you are having any issues during installation (such as internet connection error), add a firewall exception and/or run the program as an administrator.

Step 4 - Log In
This step is vital. If you do no complete it then you will not be eligible for rewards.

You must log into Razer Comms using the email and password that you used when you signed up (Step 1). Once you have done this, then you must proceed to fill out the form that is displayed on-screen (this includes your username, Razer ID, and date of birth). There is no "Save" button, so simply click the X in the top-right corner.

Step 5 - Rewards
Proceed to http://www.razerzone.com/darkorbit, and log in using the email and password you used in Step 1. Click Submit, and wait. After a few seconds a voucher code will be displayed on-screen. Redeem this to receive your rewards.

If you do not complete the above steps exactly, then you will not receive your rewards. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions.
