Banned Players In Ranks

I'm just curious, but why are banned players not taken out of title ranks? This same thing happens with challenges, banned players keep their rank positions. Why? They should be removed for more deserving people to get their names up there.

 

Support have been made aware of the issue regarding players appearing in the ranks. I have no time frame as to when this issue will be resolved. Do you have anything further on this subject?
