Can't get Razer design

    Hello guys,i have a problem,when i try to open the progra(razerComms) i receive an error message,can you tell me what to do? Please help me.

    Nothing we can do here. DO doesn't own Razer, it's their own company, write them about the problem.

    u dont need to log into it just download it and sign up but u have to email razer as bigpoint has nout to do with the programs

    Actually, you have to sign in on the Razer Comm in order to get it.

    Are you using Windows XP? Windows XP is not on the compatibility list.
    I took this from Razer Comms install guide:
    1. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
    Windows® 8 / Windows® 7 / Windows Vista® operating system
    Internet connection
    At least 75MB of free hard disk space
